Host, Geri EmataGeri Emata has been a professional performer since the age of fifteen. She was a Polynesian dancer at multiple luau shows around Maui, and was an actor, vocalist, dancer, and aerial acrobat at`Ulalena in Lahaina for over six years. Geri has competed in Hawaii Stars and The Merrie Monarch Festival as a Miss Aloha Hula soloist contestant. She also has her degree in Fashion Technology. In addition to hosting Self Made in Hawaii Geri enjoys her role as a new mother, Hawaiian Airlines Flight Attendant and co-producer of a local children’s entertainment group called The Peek-a-Bows. |
